LMCC 10th Birthday Picnic

We are planning a relaxed picnic on Saturday 24th June 1-3pm. A bring-your-own type event, possibly with some optional games of rounders etc for those who’d like to play.

The picnic is for everyone who has taken part in choir at some point in the last 10 years, and the venue we’re thinking of for the event is Polwarth Parish Church which has a hall with toilets & kitchen, space in the church grounds to sit, and it’s close to Harrison Park for livelier games. The hall could function as indoor space if the weather is poor, and the indoor capacity is 130 so if the potential uptake is much higher than that, we’ll need to re-think. We’ll do our best to find somewhere which has adapted toilets and disabled parking relatively nearby, as well as level access to some of the outdoor area. Suggestions welcome!
